Returns and exchanges

Sca'an offers returns and exchanges within a 14-day window. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened packaging is accepted if the item is unused.

Return shipping

Sca'an covers return shipping for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
